摘  要:目的:验证Weiner的成败归因理论在人际交往领域的适用性,考察大学生在人际交往归因与其行为动机的关系。方法:采用自编调查问卷对随机抽取的某高校222名在校大学生进行调查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:内外源和可控性维度影响到个体自尊、自信和预期,从而改变行为动机;稳定性维度对预期和动机都没有显著作用。结论:Weiner提出的自我归因模型同样适用于大学生人际交往领域。To explore the relationship between the attribution of success or failure and behavioral motivation in interpersonal communication among college students,this research based on Weiner's attributional theory.Methods: To use self-reported situation,designed "A Survey on the attribution of success or failure in interpersonal communication among college students".There were 220 college students took part in this research.Result: In the extraneous source and the controllability dimension affect the individual self-respect,are self-confident and are anticipated,thus change behavior motive;The stable dimension does not have the remarkable function to anticipated and the motive.Conclusion:Through path analysis,we find that attributional model of Weiner can be also applied in the college student's interpersonal communication.
