考试失利引起的一般心理问题的案例报告

摘　　要：高三女生徐某,因高考失败自尊心备受打击,自怨自责。近一个月来心情焦虑抑郁,伴有睡眠不好,内心痛苦,难以自我调整。经过心理咨询师收集徐某的基本资料,有针对性地进行心理测验,诊断其为一般心理问题。咨询师与徐某商定了阶段性的咨询目标,制定了咨询方案,主要运用合理情绪疗法和放松疗法帮助徐某调整,消除了其心理问题,咨询效果明显。Visitor was a female high school student who suffered anxiety,depression,sleep disorders and other problems after the failure of taking the college entrance exam.After gathering her information and taking psychological tests,psychological consultant diagnosed her problem as general psychological problem.Then the rational emotive behavior therapy and the relaxation therapy were adopted to help the visitor change the unreasonable cognition and improve her emotion.Finally,the visitor achieved the expected targets after four consulting.
