摘 要:采集华北北部不同阶段牛群和不同养殖模式夏秋季节奶牛鲜粪便的样品并检测,对测定数据进行方差分析。结果显示:夏秋季产奶牛组鲜粪便中CODcr含量均值为64.31kg/t,NH3-N含量均值为0.252kg/t;停奶育成组鲜粪便中CODcr含量均值为62.58kg/t,NH3-N含量均值为0.267kg/t。不同的养殖模式间CODcr、NH3-N含量稍有差异,但达不到极显著水平。奶牛鲜粪便pH值为弱碱性,范围在7~8之间,产奶组pH值低于停奶育成牛组。Fresh cow manure samples from north China in summer and autumn under different breeding patterns were taken for analysis, By the data analysis of variance, the results showed: in summer and autumn, the mean of fresh dairy cow feces CODer content group was 64.31 kg/t, NH3-N concentration was 0.25kg/t; the fresh milk content of feces CODcr of stop breeding group was 62.58kg/t, NH3-N content was 0.267kg/t.
