摘　　要：选择用后铝碳化硅滑板再生料为主要原材料,通过原料的合理选择与配方优化试验,研制了铁水罐维护用低成本罐底垫补料。通过实际生产应用,在仅进行2次垫补的条件下,取得了罐底工作衬与脱硫铁水罐其他部位使用寿命匹配的目标,从而减少了脱硫铁水罐的维护工作量,降低了维护成本。By choosing suitable materials and optimizing ingredient the cost-efficient bedding castable for hot metal ladle was prepared by using the recycled refractory of Al2O3-SiC-C saddles as main raw materials.The application indicates that the life of bedding materials for hot metal ladle can match other area through bedding 2 times,thereby can effectively reduce workload and cost of maintenance and repair of the hot metal ladle.
