摘　　要：介绍焊接修复武钢热轧总厂三分厂装钢机端部裂纹的过程。针对缺陷的实际情况选择处理方案,采用合理的工艺措施,得到较理想的结果,为焊接修复同类大型件的缺陷提供了实践经验。This paper introduces process for repairing the head crack of the loading machine at No.3 Hot-Rolling Mill of WISCO.Perfect result has been gained by choosing handling scheme and using reasonable technology according to the actual situation of defect.It offers practical experience to handle the damage of similar components by welding repair.
