摘　　要：本文介绍了海洋工程水池造波机远程测控系统的造波数据处理方法。为实现造波机的远程测控要求,造波数据必须通过远程计算机下载到就地PLC,快速输出控制造波机造波。测控系统通过嵌入VB编程辅助控制,解决了Wincc组态监控与PLC控制的高速数据传输瓶颈问题,实施后运行验证,研制的系统既满足高可靠性,又达到了造波的快速响应性。This paper mainly introduces the wave data processing method of remote control system for the wave_making machine of ocean engineering poor.According to the requirements of remote control system,The wave data must be downloaded to PLC quickly by remote computer,then control the wave_making machine,We designed the remote control system through VB programming as auxiliary control and solved the bottleneck problem of high speed data transmission between the Wincc monitoring and PLC control.The experiment shows that the remote control system can not only satisfy the high reliability but also achieve the quick response of wave_making.
