摘　　要：数控机床在运行过程中不可避免会发生一些故障,影响加工效率和加工质量。本文收集了数控机床常见的各种故障,建立了数控机床故障树;选用Access2000和Visual Basic作为开发工具,建立了数控机床故障库;设计了用户输入、查询和诊断界面,可供用户方便快速增加新的故障、根据故障现象查找机床故障出现位置并给出解决的方法。It is unavoidable for NC machine tool to malfunction in its routine use,and its faults affect processing efficiency and quality.Some ordinary faults of NC machine tool are collected,summarized and sorted,the fault tree is established.Access 2000 and Visual Basic are chosen for develop tool,the fault database of NC machine tool is built,the user ＇s interface for imputing,querying and diagnosis are designed,it is very convenient and quickly to use for users.
