摘　　要：随着我国科技的发展和人民生活水平的日益提高,视频监控在人们日常生活中的应用日益广泛。本文综合运用了计算机网络通信、视频处理、流媒体等先进的技术,阐述了一个集视频采集和压缩、网络传输、视频解码和显示为一体的完整的、实时的、高效的视频联网监控系统,并着重介绍了该系统的总体设计和实现方法。With the development of technology and the improvement of living standard,the application of the video monitoring become increasingly extensive in people＇s daily life in China.This paper applied some advanced technologies such as network communication of the computer,video processing,and streaming media so and so to present an integrate efficient realtime Video Network Monitoring System which combines video collection and compression,network transmission,video decoding and display together.The essay highlights the overall design and the implementation of the system.
