摘 要:集群计算科技是一种一贯研究的焦点在计算机领域的科学。集群系统是一个计算系统,不仅可以利用现有的资源计算,同时也可以高性能使用廉价的软件和硬件。伴随迅速发展的微处理器和网络、群集计算正逐步成为一种有平行/分布计算能力与低成本、高效率的计算资源。然而,一些PC集群几乎没有适合分子动力学的模拟环境。本文介绍了一个针对分子动力学应用具有负载平衡、容错和进程迁移的PC机群并行计算环境。Cluster computation technology has always been the focus of the studies in the field of computer science.Cluster system is a computation system that could not only utilize the existing resources of computation,but also realize the high performance using cheaper software and hardware.With the rapid development of microprocessor and network,cluster computation is gradually becoming a computation resource having the ability of parallel/distribution computation with the low cost and high efficiency.However,some PC clusters has almost not been suitable for molecular dynamics simulations.This kind of PC cluster consists of a group PCs connected by a network.A PC cluster computing environment based on migrating parallel tasks,load balancing and tolerant is presented in this paper.
