摘　　要：贴附是LCD制造工艺后段的重要工位,贴附精度的高低直接决定着产品的质量,是影响LCD制造企业成品率高低的重要因素。介绍了一种新型光纤定位贴附方式,并以RBT-12柔性保护膜贴附机为例具体讲解了x、y与θ的定位方法、误差原因分析及补正的具体过程。Attached with a LCD manufacturing process is the important station posterior segment,attached with a precision directly decides the quality of the product,is the effect of LCD manufacturers yield high factor.This paper introduces a new kind of optical fiber positioning mode,and to RBT-12 flexible protective film attached with a machine as an example to explain in detail the x,y and θ orientation method,error correction cause analysis and the specific process
