摘 要:电动汽车要求驱动系统具有调速范围宽、低速力矩大、功率密度与效率高等性能指标,目前的常规永磁电机与异步电机很难全面满足这些要求,只能保留变速器或超配电机功率以满足对速度与力矩的要求,因此难以发挥电动汽车的优势。针对这一问题,提出了一种针对电动汽车驱动用的外转子水冷式混合励磁无刷电机,既可通过增磁以增加低速力矩,亦可弱磁以拓宽提速范围,同时具有效率高与功率密度大等优点,很好地解决了电动汽车对驱动系统的综合性能指标要求。样机实验证实了所提出方案的有效性与正确性。In order to be applied to the electric vehicles,the drive systems must possess a lot of special performance parameters such as wide speed adjusting range,large torque in low speed,big power density and high efficiency,so current ordinary permanent magnet motors and induct motors are difficult to meet these demands.For this problem,this paper provides a kind of novel external rotor hybrid excitation Brushless DC Motor (BLDCM) with water cooling,in this motor not only larger torque in low speed can be output easily by increasing magnetic flux but also higher speed can be realized by magnet weakening,on the other hand higher efficiency and power density can be possessed.Above mentioned features makes this motor an excellent drive system for the electric vehicle.The test to model machine proved the validity and correctness of this motor.
