摘　　要：在液压油缸缸体法兰盘上加工螺纹连接孔(系),常在普通摇臂钻床进行,但对于较长工件端面上的螺纹连接孔(系)的加工,普通摇臂钻床则受到其最大升降距离的限制,难以进行。介绍了一种在小型摇臂钻床上加工较长工件上的孔的方法,可在Z3040摇臂钻床上加工较长工件端面上的孔,方法简单实用。When manufacturing the female connection holes (or hole series) on the flange of hydraulic cylinder jack,the general radial drilling machine is often used.Due to its restriction by the biggest vertical distance,it is very difficult to manufacture the female connection holes (or hole series) on the head faces of those longer work pieces.A simple method is put forward in this paper to manufacture holes with Z3040 radial drilling machine and save the costs of purchasing those large machines,which possesses higher practical value.
