摘  要:运用微型可编程控制器在双电源供电和电机的起动控制作用,克服了传统控制回路设计方式所存在的元件数量多、接线复杂、通用性差等缺点,避免了因机械联锁卡住而烧坏接触器的情况的发生,具有线路集成度高、运行可靠性高、设备维修方便的优点。该方法已经在很多水泵成套控制装置得到广泛应用,取得了良好的效果。The way micro programmable controller controlling the start of dual power supply and engine has covered the shortages existing in the traditional control circuit design approach.The traditional control circuit which is composed of too many components has complicated connections and poor commonality as well as other shortcomings.The micro programmable controller can avoid mechanical interlock from getting stuck that may otherwise result in the contractor being burned.Apart from its high circuit integration and operational reliability,it also has the advantage of convenient equipment maintenance.At present,it is extensively applied in many water pump assembly control devices.
