摘　　要：分析了螺旋叶片的冲压成形工艺,针对其受力和成形的复杂性,对模具采用镶块式凹模结构,以及内导柱和定位柱等结构设计。试验表明,镶块结构的冲压模在减少叶片的回弹有明显的作用。The forming technology of helical blade was analyzed,and the punching die was designed with die edge because of the complicacy of load and forming.The die was also devised with the structure of inner guide and position pin.The experiments showed that the die with die edge is helpful to reduce the spring-back of helix blade.
