摘  要:利用卫星搭载高丹草种子,对SP1代种子活力和农艺性状进行诱变效应分析,结果表明:空间条件对高丹草种子损伤较小,SP1代的发芽率、发芽势略有降低,物候期、株高、茎粗、叶片大小等性状变异不明显,分蘖性和叶片数发生较大改变。在SP1代发现丰叶和多蘖2种有益突变类型;进一步研究表明:丰叶型突变为不可遗传的生理变异,多蘖型突变为可遗传的基因变异。通过对多蘖型突变的多代定向培育和纯化选择,育成了分蘖性好、叶茎比高、干物质含量丰富、能有性繁殖继代等多种优良性状集成的育种亲本材料。Dry seeds of sorghum×sudan were carried into space by satellite Shijian No.8 and the mutagenic effects of space condition on the seeds vigor and agronomic traits in SP1 generation were studied.The results showed that the space condition slightly damaged these seeds with slight depression of germination vigor and germination rate,and had no effects on phenophase,plant height,node diameter and leaf area,but the tiller and leaf number were effected greatly,and two typical useful mutation type were found,multi-leaf and multi-tiller identified.Further study indicated that the multi-leaf mutant was only physiological damage and the multi-tiller mutant were genetically stable mutation.By direct selection and punification with several generations,an excellent parent material with multi-tiller,high ratio of leaf to stem,and high only matter content was obtained,which could be propagated by seeds.
