摘  要:以10个切花月季品种为材料,用60Co γ(30、40、50和60Gy)辐照接芽,研究辐照剂量对切花月季嫁接成活率及变异率的影响。结果表明:10个切花月季品种的嫁接成活率随辐照剂量的增加而降低;不同品种对辐照的反应不一样,仅有4个品种产生了可成活的变异,品种变异率高达3.06%~8.82%;变异主要发生在花型、花色、叶片等方面,但大多数变异不稳定,变异体之间以及变异体与原品种在株高、花色等性状上差异明显。最终,选育出了1个切花月季变异新品种。In order to investigate the effect of irradiation on the graft survival rate and mutation rate of cut rose scion,the stems with scions from 10 cut rose cultivars were irradiated by 30,40,50 and 60Gy of 60Co γ,respectively.The results showed that the graft survival rate of all the 10 cultivars decreased with the increase of irradiation dose.The mutation rate varied significantly with different cultivars,and only 4 cultivars got survival mutant plants with mutant rates of 3.06%~8.82%.The mutation occurred in flower shape,color and leaf morphology;however,most characters of the mutated plants were not stable.Morphological traits such as plant height and petal color between original cultivar and mutant plants or among the mutant plants were significantly different.Finally,one new cut rose cultivar was bred.
