高清电视节目技术生产效率的预测方法及量化比较

摘　　要：随着高清电视节目生产量的不断增加,节目技术生产成本的增长迫使技术管理层将节目技术生产效率的控制作为一项重要的研究内容。本文分析了影响节目技术生产效率的因素,创新性地建立了节目生产技术难易度量化模型,并探讨了技术难易度参数的取值方法,业内首次提出了节目技术生产效率的量化公式、节目技术生产效率记录模型、节目技术生产效率的预测方法及不同节目技术生产效率的量化比较方法。With increasing production of HDTV,how to control the growth of production costs becomes issue to have to be considered by technology managers.By analysis on person,object and soft environment during actual program production process,this paper sums up factors impacting on program technology production efficiency,establishes easy and difficult quantitative models of program production technology,and provides production efficiency prediction method,hoping to accurately predict the cost of program production and to establish usage plan of production resource for managers.
