摘　　要：针对原氯气处理存在的问题,郴州华湘化工有限责任公司在第3期填平补齐技改工程中,结合实际制订了隔膜烧碱和离子膜烧碱2套氯气合并处理工艺方案。介绍了氯气处理工艺改造内容(包括氯气冷却、干燥和输送等)以及实现的经济效益。Aiming at the problems existing in the former process of treating chlorine gas,and combining the practical situations,Chenzhou Huaxiang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.worked out a plan for together treating chorine gas both from diaphragm caustic soda system and ion-exchange membrane caustic soda system in the third phase project and the third phase balancing and supplementing technical innovation project.The improvements on the process of treating chlorine,including cooling,drying and transportation of chlorine gas,and the realized economic benefits were introduced.
