摘 要:考察了溶液初始pH值和温度对吸附性能的影响,借助吸附等温线研究了壳聚糖吸附溴百里香酚蓝的吸附性能和机理,结果表明,在pH值为3.4时,壳聚糖对溴百里香酚蓝的吸附容量达到最大。温度对壳聚糖吸附溴百里香酚蓝的影响较小,随着温度的升高,吸附能力降低。计算得到吸附过程的热力学参数△G^0,△H^0和△S^0分别为-19.74 kJ/mol(303 K)、-2.004kJ/mol和58.80J/(mol·K),表明壳聚糖对溴百里香酚蓝的吸附是一个自发的放热过程。The effects of initial pH value, solution temperature on the adsorption of bromthymol blue were examined. The adsorption properties and mechanism were studied with the help of adsorption isotherms. The re- suit showed that the maxium adsorption capacity for bromthylmol blue on chitosan was obtained at pH value of 3.4. The effect of solution temperature on the adsorption of bromthylmol blue was less. The adsorption eapaeity of bromthylmol blue decreased with the increase of temperature. Thermaldynamic parameters such as △G^0, △ H^0 and △S^0 were - 19.74 kJ/mol ( 303 K), - 2. 004 kJ/mol and 58.80 J/( mol · K) respectively, showing that the adsorption of bromthylmol blue onto chitosan was spontaneous and exothermie process.
