摘 要:目的:探讨扶芳藤一般药理作用和急性毒性作用。方法:采用灌胃给药方式观察扶芳藤对小鼠自主活动行为的影响;十二指肠给药方式观察扶芳藤对麻醉猫呼吸流量和频率、血压、心率、心电图的影响;采用灌胃给药方式观察扶芳藤对小鼠的急性毒性反应。结果:扶芳藤在试验剂量下对小鼠的一般行为和自主活动均无明显影响(P>0.05);对麻醉猫的呼吸流量和频率、血压、心率、心电图均无明显影响(P>0.05)。小鼠灌胃给药的最大给药量为141.52g·kg^(-1)。结论:扶芳藤在灌胃、十二指肠给药试验范围内对小鼠神经系统无抑制作用,对麻醉猫的呼吸系统、心血管系统无明显的影响。扶芳藤经口给药的急毒性低。Objective:To study the general pharmacological action and acute toxicology of euonymus fortunei to offer an experimental basis for clinical application.Method:The influence on spontaneous activity by i.g euonymus fortunei in mice and the change of blood pressure,heart rate,electrocardiogram,breathing flow and frequency in anaesthetic cats after duodenum euonymus fortunei were observed to estimate the effects of euonymus fortunei on nervous system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system.Acute toxicology was observed in mice by i.g.Result:In this experiment,euonymus fortunei had no obvious influence on spontaneous activity in mice. Euonymus fortunei did not evidently change the value of blood pressure,heart rate,electrocardiogram,breathing flow and frequency in anaesthetic cats after duodenum administration.The maximum dosage for mice was 141.52 g·kg^-1.Conclusion:It is suggested that euonymus fortunei has no evident effects on central nervous system,cardiovascular system and respiratory system in animals with low acute toxicology after cral administration.
