摘　　要：目的:建立测定六君子丸中橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱:Agilent C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(20:80),流速1.0ml·min^(-1),检测波长:285nm,柱温:35℃。结果:橙皮苷在0.054～1.082μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1.0000,平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD=0.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、快速、准确,可用于六君子丸的质量控制。Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Liujunzi pills.Method：An Agilent C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（20：80）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1,the detection wavelength was at 285nm and the column temperature was 35℃.Result：The linear range of hesperidin was within 0.054- 1.082μg（r=1.000 0）,and the average sample recovery was 99.1%with RSD of 0.6%（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is simple, sensitive,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Liujunzi pills.
