摘 要:目的:对我院地高辛血浓度监测结果进行分析,为临床合理应用地高辛提供依据。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年1月~2010年12月1201例次地高辛血浓度监测结果,并分析年龄、性别等对地高辛血浓度的影响。结果:1201例次地高辛血浓度测定值<0.8ng·ml^(-1)的共360例,占29.97%;地高辛血浓度在0.8~2.0ng·ml^(-1)治疗范围内的共611例,占50.87%;地高辛血浓度>2.0ng·ml^(-1)的共230例,占19.15%。性别对地高辛血浓度无显著影响。随年龄增大,地高辛血浓度呈增高的趋势。结论:我院地高辛的应用主要为老年患者,及时监测地高辛血浓度,对制订个体化给药方案,确保临床疗效,减少毒性反应的发生,具有十分重要的意义。Objective:To analyze the monitoring results of serum concentrations of digoxin from the year of 2007 to 2010 in this hospital.Method:The serum concentrations of digoxin were measured by fluorescence polarization immunoassay,and the monitoring results were subjected to statistical analysis.Result:In the total 1 201 cases who were treated with digoxin,the blood drug levels in 360 cases(29.97%)were below 0.8 ng·ml^-1,611 cases(50.87%)between 0.8 and 2.0 ng·ml^-1,and 230 cases(19.15%)above 2.0 ng·ml^-1.Gender had no effect on the blood drug levels,while with the age increase,the serum concentrations were raised accordingly. Conclusion:To ensure clinical efficacy and reduce incidence of toxic reactions,it is very important to monitor the blood drug levels and formulate individual dosage regimen.
