摘 要:对油田在用加热炉进行节能监测,是石油企业提高设备能源利用率的一项基础工作。针对目前监测方法将所有评价指标视为同等权重,而且所得评价结果仅限于定性的情况,将灰色关联分析引入加热炉运行的综合评价。采用熵权法确定各评价指标的权重,建立了加热炉节能运行综合评价的数学模型。对某油田实际运行加热炉进行综合评价的应用实例研究,得出各项评价指标作用权重大小依次为炉体外表面温度、排烟温度、空气系数及热效率;基于关联度大小得到的用能情况排序,为企业的节能管理工作提供了更具可操作性的依据。Energy-saving monitoring of oil field heating furnace is one of the basic work which can improve the equipment energy efficiency in petroleum enterprises.All the based evaluation index are considered as equal weight for the present monitoring method,and also the obtained results are limited to non-quantitative.The grey correlation analysis is introduced to the comprehensive evaluation of oil field heating furnace,in which weight is determined by entropy method,the comprehensive evaluation mathematical model is established for energy-saving operation of oil field heating furnace.The application example study is done with the heating furnace operation comprehensive evaluation of some oilfield.The weight of evaluation index is obtained,in which sequence is furnace body temperature,exhausted gas temperature,the excess air coefficient and heating efficiency.Also the energy utilization sorting in accordance with grey correlation can provide more operational basis for energy saving management.
