海峡西岸经济区与中部地区耦合关系评价分析

摘　　要：区域耦合发展在经济全球化与国家加速推进区域协调发展的过程中具有举足轻重的作用。根据区域耦合度的不同,区域耦合发展依次分为低水平、初级、中级和高级等4个阶段。采用变异系数法分析研究近10年来海西区与中部地区在社会综合、环境、基础设施、科技教育和要素等5个方面发展的耦合关系,得出如下结论:近10年来海西区一直处于区域耦合发展的领先地位,中部地区的地位也在不断提升;海西区与中部地区经历了从低水平耦合到初级耦合再到中级耦合的发展过程。Regional coupling plays an important role of economic globalization and accelerating regional coordination development.According to the coupling degree,regional coupling can be divided into four stages,the low level,the primary,the intermediate and the advanced.This paper uses the variation coefficient method to study the coupling relationship between the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits and the central regions of China in the community comprehensiveness,environment,infrastructure,technology,education and the elements of the five aspects in nearly ten years.The results show that nearly a decade the economic zone on the west side of the Taiwan Straits has been a lead over the central regions and the central region＇s status is continually upgrading,and their coupling degree is from the low level to the primary and then reaches the intermediate.
