摘 要:目的了解安徽省南北不同地区自然人群无形体病感染状况和分布特点,为科学防治无形体病提供依据。方法 2010年5~6月在怀远、明光、庐江、枞阳、广德和太湖县共采集自然人群血清603份,采用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测无形体抗体IgG,并进行不同地区、年龄、性别比较。结果 603份人血清中,无形体抗体阳性血清98份,阳性率16.25%,(存在性别差异)。结论安徽省部分农村地区自然人群中均有无形体感染,需加强无形体病的预防宣传及诊断能力。Objective To learn the infectious status and its distributed characteristics of Anaplasmosis among natural people in different areas of Anhui province,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Anaplasma.Methods From May to July,2010,among natural people from Huai-yuan,Ming-guang,Lu-jiang,Zong-yang,Guang-de and Tai-hu County,a total of 603 serum specimens were collected and tested for Anaplasmosis IgG antibody using indirect immunofluorescent assay(IFA).The Anaplasmosis IgG antibody levels of people in different areas or in different age groups or of different sex were also compared.Results Among 603 serum specimens,98 specimens were antibody positive with the positive rate of 16.25%.And the antibody level had obvious difference in people of different sex.Conclusion In part of rural areas of Anhui,the infection of Anaplasmosis was found in natural people.The propaganda of Anaplasmosis knowledge and the doctors' diagnostic ability of Anaplasmosis should be enhanced.
