成都市2008-2010年医疗机构消毒质量监测分析

摘　　要：目的分析我市2008-2010年医疗机构消毒质量监测情况,为医疗机构消毒质量监测、指导、培训提供依据和对策。方法按辖区分工对全市医疗机构进行消毒质量监测,数据录入Ep idata数据库,采用Excel进行统计分析。结果全市医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率从96.5%升至98.3%(P<0.01),除社区卫生服务中心下降外,监测家次数和样品项次数逐年上升;基层医疗机构监测合格率低于医院,中医医院消毒质量监测合格率从99.5%下滑至97.4%,中西医结合医院和专科医院也相对薄弱;不合格监测项目主要集中在紫外线辐照度值、空气、医护人员手等。结论我市医疗机构消毒质量监测网的工作逐年强化,要针对薄弱对象和环节,加强培训、指导、监测和资料利用,杜绝医院感染隐患,确保医疗质量和安全。Objective To analyze the monitoring status of disinfection quality of our city from 2008 to 2010,and provide basis and countermeasures for further surveillance,guidance and training.Method Carried out disinfection quality surveillance to medical institutions in Chengdu,the data was recorded into Epidata database and analyzed by Excel.Results The qualified rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions was risen from 96.5% to 98.3%（P0.01）,surveying quantity of units and samples of the later year was more than the former year except that of community health service centers.Qualified rate of basic level medical organizations was lower than hospitals,qualified rate dropped to 97.4% from 99.5% in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and correspondence weak in traditional Chinese-western medicine hospitals and specialty hospitals.Unqualified items were mainly focused on ultraviolet irradiation,air,hands hygiene,and so on.Conclusions The work of surveillance disinfecting quality net of Chengdu was strengthened year by year,so we should enhance the training,guidance,monitoring directly to weak objects and links,in oder to cut off hospital infections,ensure medical treatment quality and safety.
