镇安县依托项目实施娱乐场所行为干预工作的探讨

摘　　要：目的通过对娱乐场所高危人群实施行为干预,降低性途径传播艾滋病病毒的危险性,有效预防、控制艾滋病的发生和流行。方法采取行政干预、舆论干预、技术干预等综合干预措施。结果娱乐场所目标人群艾滋病知识知晓率从2004年9月基线调查的46.2%提高至2009年的92.9%;安全套使用率从56.5%提高至98.2%;性病发病率明显下降,未发现新的HIV感染者。结论实施娱乐场所行为干预措施是切实可行、行之有效的。Objective By implementing behavior intervention to high risk people of entertainment place,decreasing the risk of HIV/AIDS sexual transmission and effectively prevention and control HIV incident and prevalent.Method Using comprehensive interventions,such as administrative intervention,public opinion intervention and technical intervention.Results From 2004 to 2009,the HIV/AIDS knowledge awareness rate of entertainment people raised from 46.2%to 92.9%,the male condom used rate raised from 56.5%to 98.2%,the incidence rate of STDs declined significantly and new HIV infection patients did not detect.Conclusions Implementing behavior intervention in entertainment was practical and effectively.
