摘　　要：目的了解泰州市男男性接触者(MSM)人群中艾滋病病毒(HIV)、梅毒螺旋体(TP)及丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)的感染状况,为制订有效的控制策略和措施提供依据。方法通过滚雪球法招募MSM人群进行问卷调查,采集静脉血进行HIV、梅毒、HCV抗体检测。结果共调查MSM220人,HIV、梅毒、丙型肝炎感染率分别为11.36%、14.54%、1.36%。感染状况与被调查对象的年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和活动场所密切相关。结论 MSM人群中HIV、梅毒感染率较高,存在局部流行的可能性,应及时采取针对性地干预措施,控制其流行及向一般人群的传播。Objective To understand the infection status of AIDS,syphilis and HCV among men have sex with men（MSM） in the city of Taizhou,and provide basis for marking effective measures to control and prevention the disease.Method Carried out questionnaire to MSM who were recruited by snowball method,collection the venous blood samples and detected the antibodies of HIV,syphilis and HCV.Results A total of 220 MSM were investigated,the infection rates of AIDS,syphilis,HCV were 11.36 %,14.54% and 1.36%,respectively.The infection situation was associated with age,marital status,culture level and activities place.Conclusions The infection rates of AIDS/syphilis in MSM were significantly higher than others,and there is possibility for a local HIV/ syphilis epidemic among the MSM in the city,so it indicated that taking direction intervention measures to control the disease spread to everyman.
