合理情绪疗法和松弛训练对老年舌癌患者心理状况的调节作用

摘　　要：目的:观察合理情绪疗法和松弛训练对老年舌癌患者心理状况的调节作用。方法:使用正交实验考察了多种因素(心理护理方法、次数以及患者的性别、年龄段)对老年舌癌患者术前心理护理效果的影响。结果:合理情绪疗法和松弛训练均能有效地缓解老年患者的焦虑和抑郁水平,两者结合能够更好的降低患者的焦虑水平;8次心理护理所达到的心理调节效果较好,进一步增加护理次数对患者心理状态的影响不显著;结论:50-60岁年龄段的患者焦虑和抑郁水平比其它年龄段患者略高;患者性别对心理状态的影响不显著。Objective：To investigate modulatory effects of rational emotive therapy and relaxationtraining on psychological state of tongue cancer patients.Methods：Effects of several factors on pereperative psychological state of tongue cancer patients have been studied,including psychological nursing types and times,patients＇ sex and age brackets.Rusults：From the results,rational emotive therapy（RET） and relaxation training（RT） could effectively lower anxiety and depression of patients.Furthermore,combination of two methods worked better in anxiety decreasing.Psychological nursing for 8 times could give well modulatory effect,while increase of nursing times would not work better.Conclusion：Anxiety and depression levels of patients between 50 and 60 were slightly higher than patients in other age brackets.Effect of patients＇ sex upon psychological nursing effect was not obvious.
