农药长期胁迫对拟环纹豹蛛乙酰胆碱酯酶活性影响研究

摘  要:以长期施用农药和不施用农药条件下的两个拟环纹豹蛛(亚)种群为试验材料,采用Sephacryl S-200层析柱对其群体内的乙酰胆碱酯酶进行了纯化以及活性测定。研究结果显示,Sephacryl S-200纯化乙酰胆碱酯酶的效果理想,纯化后的酶液活力有效分离成分高;两(亚)种群样品纯化后的酶总活力差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,受农药长期胁迫影响的种群在较小的地理范围内产生适应性遗传分化(进化)和遗传组成差异,迫使种群对局部环境产生适应性变异,以保持其优势种地位。AchE of Pardosa pseudoannulata(Lycosidae: Araneae),a dominant specie in rice fields,under two different condition of long-term pesticide stress and no pesticide was purified and their activity was tested with Sephacryl S-200 column separation.The results showed that the enzyme activity of effective separating composition by purification under both of two different conditions was high,and two(sub-) population samples of total activity of the purified enzyme were different significantly(P0.05),which indicated that species under the condition with the pesticide stress evolved the adaptable genetic differentiation and genetic component difference within a smaller geographical area and made the populations more adaptable to keep the dominant species position.
