摘　　要：为不断加强高校基层党组织建设,积极发展大学生群体中的优秀分子加入中国共产党,探索新形势下高校党建工作的新思路和新途径,我们对当前高校发展党员工作进行了调研。在此基础上,概括了当前发展大学生党员工作的基本做法及主要措施,指出了当前发展大学生党员工作中存在的主要问题及难点,并进一步提出了加强和改进发展大学生党员工作的意见及建议。In order to strengthen the building of the grass-root Party organization in the colleges constantly,to recruit the excellent college students into the Party actively,to probe new ways to Party construction,we conducted a survey about recruiting Party college student members.On the basis of this,we sum up the basic ways and the measures of recruiting Party college student members,point out the existed problems and difficult issues,and make some advices on how to enforce and improve.
