摘　　要：本文通过实地调查,发现新疆地区大学生的就业观存在观念保守、自主创业意识不强、工资期望过高等问题,通过建立、健全校内、校外就业引导机制,转变新疆高校大学生就业观念等措施,以提高新疆高校大学生的就业竞争力。Through field surveys,found that employment of un-iversity students in Xinjiang there is the concept of a conserv-ative outlook,strong sense of their own businesses,wage expec-tations too high and so on,through the establishment of a sound in school,employment guidance mechanism,the concept of cha-nging the employment of college students in Xinjiang and other measures to improve employment of university students in Xinjiang competitiveness.
