摘　　要：在对北京市H区村卫生室进行实地观察的基础上,重点分析了村卫生室发展中的政策制约性因素,认为村卫生室未被纳入新农合定点医疗机构范围,社区卫生服务站与村卫生室的重复建设,村卫生室人才培养政策的不完备等是目前制约H区村卫生室可持续发展的重要因素。Based on the field observation of village clinic in District H, this paper mainly analyzes the restrictive factors of policy in the development of village clinic. It considers that excluded from the Fixed-point Medical Institutions of New-type rural cooperative medical care village clinics is restricted for sustainable development. In addition, repetitive construction between community health service station and village clinic and the incomplete policy of personnel training hinder sustain- able development of village clinic.
