摘 要:基于在pH=5.4的醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,银(Ⅰ)可与邻菲罗啉形成配阳离子[Ag(Phen)2]+,进而与肝素钠结合形成离子缔合物,使溶液的RRS强度显著增强这一现象,建立了一种简便、快速、灵敏度高的检测肝素钠的方法,考察了方法的适宜反应条件、影响因素和共存物质的影响,对肝素钠的检出限为20 ng/mL,并将该方法应用于实际样品的测定.A novel method for the determination of heparin(Hep) with Ag(Ⅰ)-phenanthroline by resonance Rayleigh scattering has been proposed.In the medium of HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=5.4),the interaction of heparin with [Ag(Phen)2]+ can be occurred which greatly enhanced the RRS intensity at 398 nm.The scattering intensity is directly proportional to the concentration of heparin in the range of 0.04-6.0 μg/mL and its detection limit is 20 ng/mL.The optimum conditions and coexistent materials were discussed.The novel scattering method is satisfying when applied in the determination of heparin in actual sample.
