港口起重机械制造项目质量管理方法探讨

摘　　要：与批量生产的产品相比,逐件生产的产品有其质量管理特性。阐述了逐件加工产品质量管理特性。进一步分析了逐件加工产品的一个分支——港口起重机项目质量管理的一般性和特殊性。提出了港口起重机项目质量管理的一系列方法。对港口起重机项目及其他大型钢结构项目质量管理具有参考意义。Compared with quantity production,the products which are made piece by piece have the speciality of quality management.This paper states the speciality of quality control of the single piece products,and further analyzes one branch of it—the universality and speciality of the quality control of the port crane items.It raises a series ways of managing the quality of port crane items.So it could be referenced by the quality conlrol of port crane items and large steel structures items of ports.
