马斯洛需要层次理论对高校贫困生教育引导的启示

摘　　要：随着社会发展的深入,经验型总结已不能满足现实需要。贫困生个体差异性是普遍存在的,要有效对这一特殊群体进行教育引导,就必须以马斯洛需要层次理论为基础,构建教育引导模式。With the deepening of social development,experience summary cannot satisfy actual need yet.Poverty-stricken students＇ individual difference is universal.To effectively educate and guide this special group,an education and guidance mode must be constructed based on Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs.
