摘　　要：心理健康辅导是指心理辅导者与受辅导者之间建立一种具有咨询功能的融洽关系,以帮助来访者正确认识自己、接纳自己,进而欣赏自己,并克服成长中的障碍,改变自己的不良意识和倾向,充分发挥个人潜能,迈向自我现实的过程。建立心理问题发现、跟踪和干预机制能有效解决大学生心理问题。为减少大学生因心理问题而给生活和学习带来的困惑和不良影响,高校建立和完善学生心理问题危机干预机制,保证每一名大学生的健康成长;对有严重心理障碍和心理疾病的学生,实施全程跟踪辅导和帮助。心理健康教育工作对预防学生伤害事件的发生,具有十分重要的作用。Mental health counseling refers to a kind of harm-onious relationship with consulting functions set up between ps-ychological counselors and those who receive consulting,hel-ping visitors understand,accept,appreciate themselves,and ov-ercome the obstacles in their growth and change their unh-ealthy consciousness and tendency,giving full play to their individual potential and help them realize themselves.It is ane-ffective way to solve college students＇ psychological problemsby building a system for discovering,tracking andinterveningcollege students＇ psychological problems.In order to reduce the confusion and bad influence of psychological problems on college students＇ life and learning and ensure the hea-lthy growth of every college students,colleges should build and perfect the system for intervening students＇ psycholog-ical problems.For students having serious psychological dis-order and mental illness,a comprehensive track and counse-ling help is needed.Education work for mental health plays an important role in preventing the occurrence of students＇ injury events.
