摘 要:目的研究血管紧张素转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与纤溶系统之间的关系。方法选择冠心病、高血压患者126例和健康对照者66例,分别检测ACE基因及多态性,测定血浆中D-二聚体(dD)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)各值。结果①疾病组dD、Fg、APTT水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而PT、TT水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。②基因DD型疾病组dD、Fg水平明显高于ID、Ⅱ型组(P<0.05),而PT、TT、APTT水平明显低于ID、Ⅱ型组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。③ACE基因多态性与dD、Fg浓度间显著正相关(r值分别为0.671、0.702,P<0.01);与PT、TT、APTT浓度间存在显著负相关(r=-0.648、-0.683、-0.653,P<0.001)。结论 ACE基因DD型和D等位基因与纤溶系统有关,I等位基因则无关。Objective To study the relationship of the angiotersin-converting enzyme(ACE)gene polymorphism and fibrinolytic system.Methods ACE gene polymorphism and plasm d-dimer(dD),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(Fg) levels and thrombin time(TT) and activation part thrombin time(APTT) were simultaneously measured in 126 patients with coronary heart diseases or hypertensive and 66 control subjects.The relation ACE gene polymorphism dD,PT,Fg,TT and APTT was explored.Results ① The dD,Fg level and APTT of the patients group were higher than that among the control group(P0.05),but the PT and TT level was lower(P0.05).② The dD and Fg level of ACE gene DD genotype group were significant difference than those of ID and Ⅱ genotype group,but the PT,TT and APTT level were lower(P0.05).③ACE gene polymorphism were signicantly positive correlation with dD and Fg levels(r=0.671、0.702,P0.01);negative correlation with PT and TT and APTT(r=-0.648、-0.683、-0.653,P0.01).Conclusion DD genotype and D allele is closely related to Fibrinolytic System,but I allele is not.
