老年下呼吸道感染患者PCT水平与SAPSⅡ评分相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨老年下呼吸道感染患者中血清降钙素原(PCT)水平与SAPSⅡ评分之间的相关性。方法收集、观察80例老年下呼吸道感染患者;入院后24h内行血清降钙素原检查;并记录入院24h内急性生理学评分(SAPSⅡ),治疗前后动态观察PCT值及SAPSⅡ评分变化。结果预后不良组(无改善或死亡)PCT值(1.430±0.539)、SAPSⅡ值(29.217±2.110)明显高于预后良好组(明显改善或改善)PCT值(1.062±0.407)、SAPSⅡ(24.439±1.134)(P<0.05),PCT水平与SAPSⅡ评分明显相关;结论PCT值与SAPSⅡ具有显著相关性,可作为老年下呼吸道感染患者临床病情严重程度判断及预后的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum procalcitionin and SAPSⅡ in the old patients with lower respiratory infection Methods Collect and observed eighty old patients with lower respiratory infection,tested serum procaltionin within 24 hours,and recorded the Simplified Acute Physiology score（SAPSⅡ）;to observe dynamically the change of PCT and the SASP Ⅱ before and after the treatment for the old patients.Results The PCT（1.430±0.539）and SAPSⅡ（29.217±2.110）in the poor prognosis group（no condition improving or death） was more higher than in the good prognosis gourp [PCT（1.062±0.407）,SAPSⅡ（24.439±1.134）],there was significant correlation between the PCT level and the SAPSⅡ scale.Conclusion There is significant correlation between the PCT level and the SAPSⅡ scale,which can be seen as an important indicator to determine the severity and clinical prognosis for the old lower respiratory infection.
