己烯雌酚对幼年香猪睾丸肥大细胞数量的影响

摘　　要：为研究己烯雌酚(Diethylstilbestrol,DES)对幼年雄性香猪睾丸肥大细胞数量的影响,随机将20只20～25日龄的幼年雄性香猪分成4组(1个对照组和3个实验组),对照组只注射生理盐水,每个实验组连续9d经腹腔分别注射不同剂量的己烯雌酚(0.03mg/kg,0.3mg/kg和3mg/kg)后,外科手术取出左侧睾丸并经卡洛氏液固定20h,石蜡包埋后制成5μm组织切片,用改良甲苯胺蓝染色法(MTB)观察己烯雌酚(DES)对幼年香猪睾丸肥大细胞数量的影响.结果表明:与对照组相比,不同剂量的DES都具有促进睾丸和附睾中肥大细胞增多的作用,且具有剂量相关性.但相同剂量的DES对睾丸白膜和间质,附睾头、附睾体和附睾尾中肥大细胞数量的作用效果不同,说明己烯雌酚对肥大细胞数量的影响存在组织差异性,且与剂量有关.To determine the effects of diethylstilbestrol（DES） exposure on mast cell number of immature Guizhou Xiang pigs,20 male Xiang pigs（20-25 days old） were divided into four groups,one control group and three test groups,with 5 pigs in each.The test groups were intraperitoneally injected with DES at a dose of 0.03 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg and 3 mg/kg,respectively,for 9 successive days.Then the left testis was removed and fixed in Carlo＇s solution for 20 h and paraffin-embedded.Five-micron-thick sections were cut for mast cell detection with modified toluidine blue staining（MTB）.The results showed that compared with the control group,all DES treatments increased mast cell number in the testis and the epididymis,the effect being dose dependent.Moreover,the same dose of DES had different effects on the mast cell number in testicular tunica albuginea and testicular interstial tissue,and the head,body and tail of epididymis,thus suggesting that DES has different effects on mast cell number in different tissues and the dose of DES should be taken into account.
