百事美脂肪粉对重庆黑山羊瘤胃消化代谢的影响

摘  要:选12只18月龄安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的重庆黑山羊羯羊,随机平均分成A,B,C和D共4个组,分别采用在基础日粮中添加质量分数为0%,2.5%,4%和5.5%的百事美脂肪粉作为试验饲粮,研究百事美脂肪粉对山羊瘤胃消化代谢的影响.结果显示添加百事美脂肪粉后瘤胃干物质降解率、血糖体积分数和pH值呈上升趋势,D组与其他组相比差异具有高度统计学意义和统计学意义(p<0.01或p<0.05),而其余各组间差异不具有统计学意义(p>0.05).其中C组pH值与其他组(D组除外)相比具有高度统计学意义(p<0.01);饲粮的中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素、粗蛋白降解率和NH3-N、血清胆固醇体积分数和血Ca2+体积分数呈下降趋势,D组与其他组相比具有高度统计学意义或统计学意义(p<0.01或p<0.05),而其余各组间差异不具有统计学意义(p>0.05),其中C组酸性洗涤纤维降解率和血Ca2+体积分数与其他组(D组除外)相比具有高度统计学意义或统计学意义(p<0.01或p<0.05).结果表明:在重庆黑山羊日粮中添加质量分数不超过4%的百事美脂肪粉不影响瘤胃消化代谢.Twelve 18-month-old Chongqing black wethers with permanent rumen fistula were allotted randomly to A,B,C and D groups to study the effect of different BERGAFAT levels(0%,2.5%,4% and 5.5% of diet,respectively) on rumen digestion and metabolism in goat.The results showed that the degradation rate of ruminal DM,level of blood glucose and pH value were on the rise and all these indicators of Group D were significantly(p〈0.05) or highly significantly(p〈0.01) greater than those of other groups,while no significant differences were observed(p〈0.05) among the other groups except in pH value.The pH value of Group C was highly significantly(p〈0.01) higher than that of Groups A and B.The degradation rate of NDF,ADF,ADL and CP and the concentration of NH3-N,serum cholesterol and blood calcium showed a downward trend and all these data of Group D were significantly(p〈0.05) or highly significantly(p〈0.01) lower than those of other groups,with no significant differences(p〈0.05) among each other except in ADF and blood calcium.The degradation rate of ADF and the concentration of blood calcium in Group C were significantly(p〈0.05) or highly significantly(p〈0.01) lower than those of Groups A and B.All these results indicated that rumen digestion and metabolism were not influenced by the addition of BERGAFAT at a rate of ≤4% into the diet of Chongqing black goat.
