摘　　要：繁殖性状尤其是多产性状是养猪业中重要的经济性状,近年来已成为国内外众多学者研究的重点,在基础研究和应用方面均开展了卓有成效的工作,为提高猪种的产仔数发挥了重要作用.该文就不同梅山猪血缘比例、生殖激素水平和子宫大小与产仔性能之间的相互关系进行了较系统的研究.结果表明:含梅山猪血缘母猪的产仔数极显著地高于长白猪.梅山猪具有高产仔遗传基础,激素峰值高、排卵数多和子宫容积大是窝产仔数高的重要因素.研究结果为梅山猪种质资源的保存和合理开发提供了科学依据.Reproductive traits,especially prolificacy,are important economic traits in swine industry.Related studies have become the hotspot and focus at home and abroad in recent years.Effective works have been carried out in respect of basic and applied researches,which play a very important role in improving litter size.Meishan pig is famous for its litter size in the world.In the present study,the relationship of litter size of Meishan pig with strain proportion,reproductive hormone level and cornua uteri length was investigated systematically.The result showed that litter size of sows with Meishan blood relationship was significantly greater than that of Landrace.Genetic basis,high hormone level,high ovulation rate and great uterus volume were shown to be key factors for the high litter size of Meishan pig.
