合理医疗指引与监管的研究应用

摘　　要：医院不合理医疗现象日趋严重,严重阻碍了医疗改革的步伐,成为医院管理亟待解决的问题。介绍了广州军区广州总医院近两年来针对这一问题的研究成果,包括医保费用、特殊人群医疗、抗菌药物、感染控制、处方点评等正确指引与监管的系列软件,通过对医嘱进行实时监管与正确指引,对不合理的医疗行为起到有效遏制作用。Followed by the unreasonable medical care services more and more occurred in hospitals, the phenomenon held back health care reform steps severely and then became serious problem need to be solved in hospital management field. In this paper, research results of Guangzhou General Hospital focus on this problem in recent two years was introduced, a series of software for correct guidance and supervision including medical insurance expenditure, special personnel medical service, antibiotic drug use, infections control as well as prescription evaluation were developed. By the real-time supervision and accurate guidance for medical orders, unreasonable medical care behaviors were stopped and prevented effectively.
