基于文献计量学的电子健康档案研究现状、热点及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的:从文献角度探讨国际电子健康档案研究历史与现状,以及近五年的研究热点。方法:文献计量、共词分析、聚类分析。结果与讨论:高频主题词共现聚类分析显示电子健康档案的核心技术、功能和应用、安全性、医务人员对电子健康档案的认识等是近五年电子健康档案领域的研究热点,可在不同机构间共享的终身电子健康档案将是当前电子健康档案建设的目标。Objective： To analyze the research history and status of electronic health records （EHR） as well as the research focus in recent five years from the literature perspective. Methods： Bibliometrics, co-word and cluster analysis. Results and Discussion： Co-word cluster analysis of high frequency subject terms indicates that core technologies, functions and utilization, and the safety of EHR, as wells as attitude of health personnel towards EHR are the hotspots of this field in recent five years. The target of the current establishment of EHR is to building lifelong electronic health records which can be shared between different institutions.
