摘　　要：目的:方便医护人员对患者进行科间会诊,提高诊疗准确性和及时性,减少医疗差错发生。方法:采用面向服务架构,在原有"军卫一号"系统基础上设计并实现基于Web服务的科间会诊系统。结果:系统可方便地在各级系统中集成,桌面医生工作站和移动医生工作站均可实施,有效提高了科间会诊效率。结论:系统功能完整,实用性强,经济效益和社会效益明显,适于进一步推广。Objective： To facilitate medical staff carry on inter-sectors consultation, to timely and accurate diagnose the patients and reduce medical errors. Methods： Design and implement inter-sectors consultation system based on No. 1 Military Medical Project, using SOA（Service-Oriented Architecture） and web services technology. Results： This system is easy to be integrated, it has been implemented in the desktop doctor workstation and mobile doctor workstation based on iPad, effectively improved the efficiency of inter-sectors consultation. Conclusions： This system is fullfunctional and practicable, and has obvious benefits on economic and social.
