摘　　要：构建无线局域网络是医院临床信息化深入发展的必经阶段,阐述了现有条件下,构建WLAN的主要技术及其特点,以及医院构建WLAN需重点考虑的问题。以解放军252医院为实际案例,介绍了构建WLAN的具体方法。构建在WLAN上的应用彻底摆脱了有线束缚,使临床信息系统延伸到患者床旁,对提高医疗质量、效率,减少医疗差错有重大意义。Construction of wireless network is the necessary stage of further development of building hospital clinical information system.The article explains the main technologies and features of building WLAN in hospital under exsiting condictions,introduces the specific methods of building WLAN based on a practice. Applications built on the WLAN rid the shackles of cable, so that clinical information systems can extend to the bedside of patients, which improves health care quality, efficiency, and reduce medical errors significantly
