摘　　要：介绍了一种基于区、市级农村合作医疗信息系统之上的市级中心信息管理系统建设方案,设计了系统的总体逻辑架构,对其中的数据中心平台系统功能进行了详细的功能设计,该方案对实现农村合作医疗业务及数据和统一汇总、交换、管理与监督具有普遍的指导意义。Based on the district＇s new rural area cooperative medical system, this paper introduced a design of municipal-level New Rural area cooperative medical system; It designed the system＇s Logic Frame and described the functional design of the data centre platform in detail. This plan have instructional significance for the data collection. data switching, data management, data monitoring of the new rural area cooperative medical system.
