国家图书馆外文书目规范控制的实践探索

摘　　要：规范控制是编目的核心环节,是为确保文献信息资源检索点的惟一性和一致性,而建立、维护、使用和评估规范记录和规范文档的工作过程。基于国家图书馆在外文书目规范控制方面的实践探索和经验,提出建立多语种统一规范控制平台、完善规范控制系统更新维护功能、提高国际规范控制合作编目参与度三个未来发展思路。Authority control is the core in cataloging, and is the process of establishing, maintaining, using and assessing authority records and authority files in order to ensure uniqueness and consistency of access points in a bibliographical file. This paper introduces foreign bibliographical authority control of National Library of China in practice, achievements and experience, and presents development ideas of establishing a multilingual uniform authority control system, improving functions of maintenance and updating in the authority control system, and enhancing participation in cooperative cataloging of international authority control.
