摘  要:目的:建立人体髋臼骨结核三维有限元模型,探讨其生物力学变化。方法:通过正常髋关节CT数据,利用Mimics软件和ANSYS有限元软件,建立正常髋关节及髋臼结核三维有限元模型,进行加载分析髋关节各主要部分峰值Von Mises应力变化。结果:通过加载分析结果显示,髋臼顶部、髋臼中心部、髋臼前部、髋臼后部骨结核与正常髋关节相比,髋臼软骨下骨峰值Von Mises应力依次增加84%、3%、21%、67%;髋臼软骨峰值Von Mises应力,依次增加31%、17%、20%、28%;股骨头软骨峰值Von Mises应力,依次增加30%、17%、6%、23%;股骨头软骨下峰值Von Mises应力,依次增加15%、7%、1%、11%。结论:髋臼骨结核可导致髋关节各部分生物应力分布改变。Objective: To establish three-dimentional finite element models of acetabular bone tuberculosis and analyze the stress distribution in different models.Methods: Through the CT data of the normal hip,using Mimics software and ANSYS finite element software,established the normal hit joint and the acetabular bone tuberculosis three-dimentional finite element model and analyzed the peak Von Mises stress of different parts of hip.Results: The loading tests revealed that compared with thoseof the normal hip,the acetabular subchondral bone peak Von Mises stress of the top acetabular,the center of the acetabulum,anterior acetabular,and posterior acetabular bone tuberculosis was increased 84%,3%,21% and 67%;the acetabular cartilage peak Von Mises stress was increased 31%,17%,20%,and 28%;the femoral head cartilage peak Von Mises stress was increased 30%,17%,6%,and 23%;the femoral head subchondral bone peak Von Mises stress was increased 15%,7%,1% and 11%.Conclusion: Acetabular tuberculosis alters the stress distribution at the hip.
