球团竖炉新型复合齿辊的研制与应用

摘　　要：针对球团齿辊在使用过程中出现的质量问题,通过对齿辊的使用状况和结构特点分析,选择合理的材质,设计合理的铸件结构,借助铸造仿真凝固模拟,加强工序质量控制,研制出长寿命新型复合齿辊,解决了齿辊打压漏水及使用寿命短的难题,实践证明,该种齿辊抗冲击,耐磨性能好,使用寿命长。The new composited gear roller was prepared to solve the problem of pressure leak and short service life by analyzing working condition and structure property,choosing suitable material,designing reasonable casting structure,using casting solidification simulation and strengthening the control of quality.It has been proved that the gear roller has high impact resistant,wear resistance and long service life.
